Ignite’s Box-fit is an exciting and effective exercise program which will utilise and develop boxing skills and training techniques to form a safe, fun, intensive and addictive workout suitable for all ages and ability in a dynamic, motivational and fun setting.

Do you have to be experienced to participate in Box-Fit?
Ignite’s Box-fit will give you a safe, fun, intensive and addictive workout that all ages, abilities and fitness levels can participate in and benefit from.
All techniques and combinations are thoroughly explained and demonstrated by our team of highly-skilled fitness instructors.
What do I need to bring?
All equipment will be provided, however you will need to bring along drinking water, comfortable training attire and a towel along with your ultimate dedication, determination and commitment to complete the session that is ahead of you.
What is the duration of the class?
Each Ignite Box-fit session lasts for one hour.
Who will be our instructors?
All Ignite Box-fit Instructors are highly accredited and experienced facilitators of our programme and will provide you with the necessary skill, technique and advice required whilst providing an extremely motivating workout environment.
The Ignite team brings with them a wealth of knowledge and experience from professional sporting and military backgrounds.
