Girls Only is for females.
This high intensity outdoor training programme is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Each programme is a four week course with up to 16 sessions of fun intensive training that guarantees serious results FAST by incorporating a combination of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, resistance, speed and agility exercises.
