If I went to a library and started to do push ups, star jumps or Sprinted through the aisles, not only I would get told off, I'm sure I'll get thrown out too!
So I never understood this : why is it Okay for people to go to the Gym and read a book or News papare while Exercising?
Can you really exercise to your maximum potential if you were reading a book while Running, Cross training or Cycling? |
